IQMENU.EU provides a digital menu design platform that allows restaurant owners and businesses to create, customize, and publish digital menus accessible via QR code or PDF format.
3. Subscription & License
Each subscription grants you a license to use the service for one (1) single business location.
⚠️ Each active QR menu subscription is strictly licensed for use at one physical location only. Printing or distributing the same QR code across multiple locations, branches, or establishments — whether part of a chain or franchise — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms. Each additional location requires a separate subscription.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
4. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- You may not share your account with third parties.
5. Payments & Refunds
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.
Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 7 days of the initial purchase if the service has not been used. No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Resell or sublicense the service without our written consent
- Use a single subscription across multiple physical locations
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the service
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you create using our service. By using IQMENU.EU, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service, including but not limited to the single-location policy outlined in Section 3.
9. Limitation of Liability
IQMENU.EU is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform.
